The Next 90 Days

From Coach Isaac.

Okay, so. When I was coming back from my Achilles, my first goal was to get out of the injury. All the way. Then small steps, every day. 90 days is a stretch of time that can make a real difference, and show real change. Not too long, not too short.

Pick one comeback goal. Write it like a goal: what, how much, by when, in the present tense. Set it with your doctor or PT. They know the timeline for your injury. You know what the finish line looks like for you.

MY 90-DAY GOAL (PRESENT TENSE, WITH A DATE)

THE DATE, 90 DAYS FROM TODAY

MY INTERMEDIATE GOAL, HALFWAY THERE

WHAT I'M DOING EVERY DAY TO USE THESE 90 DAYS RIGHT

MY REWARD WHEN I GET THERE

A little more than yesterday. Not a lot. A little. In 90 days, take a fresh look at where you stand.
